Which pro doesn't have calf implants? I would say most if not all have implants.

dunno about implants but in the latest musclemag thats out in england they said that flex wheeler had some of the greatest calfs of all time  ??? ???

now flex was a good bodybuilder but it was quite obvious there was something fishy in those calfs.this is the third time in different issues that musclemag have said flex had some of the greatest calfs ever.they must be in denial or something,when i saw it i just shook my head

Dexter also, Dennis wolf, Kamali etc a bunch dont have implants and have terrible calves
