In the September 2006 issue, Flex states that in next month's issue they take you inside 10 gyms of the Mr. Olympia champions from Gold's Venice to Temple Gym. Cool.... I'm lookin' forward to that. And wouldn't you know, there's no such article in the October issue! >:(
Okay.... now that I got that off my chest I feel much better. :)

I remember they had a thing in M&F about a year ago where they let everyone vote on one fo like 12 models that they had featured before do a photo shoot on a stripper pole. Dina Al-Sabbah won, but I never saw any pics from that or heard anything more about it. :(

Yup. This is the second time that I can recall Flex magazine stating a article/feature that I'm looking forward to in the following month does not appear. If you can't deliver, then don't tease your readers.

I've been mailing all of my subscriptions back to Weider. And it seems that they keep coming back! WTF?
My mailman doesn't even want them.......and he even works out! I did catch him thumbing through my MD subs though. LOL...

The issue before the O pics always sucks. You will know the O results online, then get this Gym picture issue in the mail - major letdown.

They were really going to do that special,but then Lou wanted to charge them 20 bucks for each time his name was printed in the mag,so they dropped it.

here's my theory on muscle mag subscribers: you're all gay.
if you have the same mass programs over and over, you've memorized them. why keep reading and paying for the same stuff over and over?
nutrition, supps, blah blah, we all know every supp and food out there.
"i get them for the pictures only".
if the articles are crap and recycled, and you get them for "cool pics". you're homosexual.

^ Yeah, I don't know why any advanced trainer would get them for training advice, but mags offer other stuff like contest reports and such. Pics you can see on the net, diet you can get from the net. Columns might be OK, but other than that, what's the point?

flex magazine also very seldom feature ronnie on their cover..this year ronnie only got one cover shot and that was back in january..flex seem to put guys like jay and heath or gunter more often on their covers..and i hate the fact that there are putting these asshole pros on their covers instead of big ron

shit...I haven't been interested in buying Flex magazine in several months now. I realized that theyt kept feeding me the same bullshit monthly, nothing new. maybe they should start writing on steroids profiles. I'm looking for new mags outhere, I think I've been fed enough bullshit. >:( >:(

MD shoots strait. FLEX and all the other weider run magazines suck cock to get more $. Simple as that... end of story. All they are are recycled shit from the issue 3 months ago, with big, shiny pictures of muscletech ads.

It sucks that Flex magazine will state what is to come in the next issue only to disappoint its readers the following month. Like I've said, if you can't deliver the goods then don't tease your readers with a 'NEXT MONTH' article that won't be there. >:(
