King struggles with 675 on a smith machine squat and he has like 8 spotters.  he probably could max 700 on his best day

You know what?

The funny thing with Kamali (well, there are a lot of funny things, but this is one funny thing), is that he goes around and blames his pumpking-like physique on powerlifting training.

HAHAHAHAH...

I never seen one powerlifter who trains even remotedly similar to the sissy antics Kamali puts on in the gym.

Squats in a Smith Machine?

And partial?

And with 24 spotters?

Hello McFly.

Or the "deadlifting" routine, where he's got a "spotter" helping him. WTF?

Fat Tamali doesn't know jack shit about powerlifting training. That's obvious.

He claims to know jack shit about classic bodybuilding training.

I hope his family has a lot of money to pay Cicherillo. Because he sure will need to be on hand for a lot of Personal Training sessions with this cat.

Dude, unless the article clearly states that the article was co-authored by someone else, why would we think the athelte didn't write the article himself?

Why would they put a person's name on an article if he didnt' write it?  That would be misleading and would cast doubt upon the credibility of that publication.

Crazy talk.

From what I have seen in allot of videos how these guys who lifts the heavy weights have spotters all the time lifting and the short ROM, I can see where these guys honestly think they are doing these weights they post.  I see it all the time still in the gym.  A guy will try to bench 405 and the spotter is doing allot of the work.  Then the guy goes around and tells everyone he benches 405.  Allot of the pros do the same.

i think so you do the same i guess..alot of fat asses like you also do that..and everyone on this board does that too..so you all are no different than others at your local gyms..spotters are there to just keep the balance of the weight in check..almost everyone uses a spotter in my gym including me..

i remember reading an interview with mike (i think its on this site) about his drug use.

used to take like 4 grams a week.

no wonder he had kidney problems.

by the way, you could load up the entire smith machine with plates and do BNP or upright rows.  the point is it doenst matter - its a smith machine.
