I guess thats ok, im a natty and I work up to 405, i dont go nuts on deads, but that feels heavy to me...just saying, im not a strong deadlifter, for putting that on youtube, you should of thrown on some more weight budddaay! :-\

you're pathetic you DL 405 at 213lbs you're not even doing double BW.
I pull 405 at a BW of 145. You should have a little humility given your POS appearance and pathetic lifts.

the weird thing is I just keep getting stronger as I'm losing weight. It could be because my form is improving and I'm getting more efficient. But I suspect that you justr don't need a lot of stored BF to exert yourself for the 3-8 secs it takes to do a single.

I'm really not sure. I've been hoping to get Billy Smith to measure me because I think I'm pretty low and I've heard he has some experience measuring extremely lean individuals. People were saying that he's been working with his trusty calippers since before 93. Incidently that year in Gold's he took the lowest BF reading ever. Does anybody know who he was measuring? was it a Getbig member?

405 @ 145 is good if hes natural which i suspect he is.
those lifts are def submaximal and easy.

Good lifting Goudy, with the resetting and no straps either.
and Shifted.. huge difference between a single and 5/6 (didn't count) reps with full resets. He didn't look like he was pushed much atall.

Goudy has a great physique, And I admitted im not a great deadlifter, if I trained towards being one, it would be a different story. I rep out 225 at the end of my back workouts, to finish off my back, personally I think I get more out of that then using weight till my face turns purple, and a slip a disc, for what?
