I try to guess whose back this is, but it's ugly as hell. very disproportionate.

When you said "ugly as hell" and "very disproportionate" I thought "hmm, gotta be Rhino."  But then I didn't see any sagging skin so I guess not.

Have you noticed his muscles seem loose. ie his chest and abs? Why is that?

because he is not fully dieted down. hes never came in all the way conditioned
