Ok, due to problems i will cut back on training heavy for a while. I'll also incorperate exercises for shoulder stabilisation. What can you recommend? My goal is to have flexible, healthy shoulders again...
I know this is kinda vague, but i'm sure people on here could help me out. It's appreciated. I've had some (minor) shoulder problems for over 1,5 years now and i'm extremely tired and frustrated by it.

cortozone (not sure if i spelt that correct) at the gym I work at, we've had a few guys with BAD shoulders. They went to their doc, got this shot and everything is good as new. look into it maybe. good luck.

Cortizone will block the pain but will not address muscular imbalance or whatever problem was causing the pain. Also, it leads to osteopenia. But budybuilders are usually so active that osteopenia isn't even a consideration.
It's similar to adding oil to an engine with a knock without doing anything else.

I dont really have a pain or injury. But my shoulders just don't "feel right". Sometimes i can "click" one shoulder where i kinda hear it snapping (no pain) if i stretch my arm.
My posture is pretty bad as well (hanging shoulders). And for some reason my shoulders always do a lot of work when working out, even if i just do arms my shoulders are exhausted. They're well developped though.
Is this shoulder instability?
Maybe i should develop the back part of my shoulders and my back overall more. Both are pretty weak.
Doesnt bother me that much
