I took cyp (the only thing I have ever taken) back in 1987 for 6 months straight. Now as crazy as it sounds, I started off taking just two shots a week for the first month. After that I did one shot everyday for five months. A guy names Dave Prokop(I think that was his name) was doing a series of articles in M&F and roids and there effect. My training partner at the time was Ray Mentzer. He called Prokop to tell him how much test I was taking and that I never had violebt outbursts. Ray got them really bad. SO he interviewed me on the phone for about 10 minutes or so. The thing was I needed the strength to compete. I was told by everyone that everyone else was doing so I better. So I did. All I remember is that I was very strong. I have always held water. And now after my accident I really hold water. I never got into roids and exactly how the work or anything. I just did it casue I was told it would make me stronger. I kept most of my strength even 10 years later after quitting.course you can Keith
if you are prone to blowing up with water, then use something like propionate
If I recall, you have run cyp in the past, what sort of dose did you employ?
Here is another question and kind of shows how dumb I am about this stuff. What is Tren. Is it a shot or pill.

The thing is a guy just had some shipped in and it is from British Dragon. He gave it to me for free and it is sitting here. He told me it would help me cut bodyfat. So I know you guys know about this stuff so I am asking.
Here is another question and kind of shows how dumb I am about this stuff. What is Tren. Is it a shot or pill. I have to be in shape by the Arnold next year. And I need to get serious. So if something works I think I will take it. Thanks for all your help. I would like to post current pics on here instead of ones 10+ years ago. Thanks again. Plus I got two grand childern now so I need to be around till the graduate from College at least.
Holy shit
Yes, it will help. Like L2H said, it will not burn fat, AAS doesn't really have fat burning characteristics so to speak, but it will greatly help you maintain the muscle you already have while in a dieting mode. You mentioned that when you used this stuff before that you held a lot of water, and that is to be expected, but if you run some sort of AI along with your cycle, this will be greatly minimized. I prefer Arimidex and a dose of .5mg-1mg eod would work well. Also, you said you needed to be in shape for the Arnold, so you should plan your cycle out accordingly and run the tren towards the later half...you might also consider switching the cyp to prop at then end...combined with the tren and a-dex, assuming you get your bf low enough, then you should look pretty good.
So if I continue to lift and start watching what I eat if I take the test it will help.
Damn living in Hawaii and not even a joint, they got some kick ass weed down that way, I remember this stuff we would get called Maui Wowie damn.
Anyhow, from some of your past posts I have gathered you are probally in your late 40's Probally have declining test levels, its normal. You may wanna consider this, go to your doc, have your hormone levels checked and see whats up. If they are low more than likely your doc will put you on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) This should bring you up into the high range of normal. From what I can tell you are after gaining some muscle, loosing some fat, getting in better shape....not getting totally huge?
Low test levels will lead to all kinds of unmanly things, fat storage, loss of muscle, low energy, depression, lack of libido. Its a good idea to see where you hormones are at now.
You said you know about the diet and training, so whats up why so out of shape now?

Onlyme, I have heard you mention "the accident" before, I never heard the story. What happened if you don't mind me asking? I'm no shrink but have to ask did your problems start after this accident? was it traumatic? You mention a bite?Brown recluse bite.....
Low test can cause problems with depression and mood but so can traumatic events in ones life, many people suffer from what is known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) some Vietnam and I'm sure more recent vets suffer from this, but it can also affect everyday people caught up in trauma that they have seen or experienced. If I'm totally off about this please disregard.
