One of the few prominent examples of steroid use I've come across is from anotehr forum I go to. This 48 year old MMA practitioner did a cycle he comapred to a fitness competitor's beginner cycle. He restricted his daily caloric intake to about 1500. He didn't touch weights. He did some cardio + all of the MMA training and stuff. As much as he tried to avoid putting on muscle, he still put on muscle.

EXACTLY.You can put on muscle in a caloric DEFECIT,juiced or not.

The problem is if a guy is loaded and wins most say good work but when a Pro goes it low or no gear like Mike Morris everybody burns the dude.Gear or no gear Pros get burnt it's just a shame they don't make any money from it.It's nice to be back to the thread instead of personal attacks.

Not quite. It seems the folks on mayhem have nothing negative to say about a pro, even if he is completely off the juice. They would have me believe that Tom Prince is so much genetically superior to me, if he trained and ate a bit, he would look much better than I ever would, but that his unfortunate health problems prevent that...
Folks over here seem to believe that TP was, in Matt C's words, nothing more than an injection.

We all know gear works but just like ez curls not everybody gets the same results but if you took the average gym rat pumped him hard with over 2000mg a week he would improve not to Pro standard but if you cycled the dude for 5 or 6years he would be a lot better than natural but health may suffer.Not worth it I know novice guys who spend 10k for a $10 trophy.Low IQ.

His is OBVIOUSLY a guy that is on the brink of dipping his toe in the lake of gear, but just cant/wont commit, preferring instead to present these piss poor reasons why steroid users are all steroids etc, rather than simply acknowledge and move on from the very simple - and none to controversial - fact that is the issue of steroid genetics
The problem is, Matt seems somewhat scared, which is understandable, jesus, he wouldnt be the first guy to buy a course of gear only to have it sat in the drawer for two years
Matt, shut your fucking whining and get a cycle under you belt, seriously, move to the UK for a few months and do it properly
