Title: Did Ronnie's missed PBW appearance cost him the title?

jay's been on the cover of FLEX half the year for the last 5 years.

FLEX's sales have declined 59% in the last 5 years.

I don't see how a nice crown and red robe are going to help things all that much.

jay ain't all that exciting or marketable either. He does have the whole head growth thing going on which does reduce mainstream appeal, and even appeal to middle-road fans.

A few of the younger BBers out there might sell more covers. Jay won't. Maybe a few extra people will pick up the one where he first won the O, but after that it's business as usual.
