Well since I am off my cycle.......(Its killing me)....
After PCT I was thinking of doing a month or so of a ECA stack to shred up before starting my next cycle..
Any tips or ideas?
50mg E
200mg Caffine
81mg Asprin
3x a day
Never done it so looking for sugestions and or ideas
Also Vets looking where to get Ephedrine PM me.

2 weeks clen....2 weeks eca....
i do have a suggestion for the eca though...
drop the ephedrine to 20-25mgs and drop the aspirin all together. studies have shown that is not make a difference.

What kind of doses per day for the clen? and how long to I run it for?
and how much Potassium and Taurin should I use while on Clen?

Start with 40 ed and ramp up to desired amount...at your size this is going to fall somewhere in the 120-160mcg range. Stay on for 2wks, stay off 2wks and run ECA, when you get back on the clen for the next 2wk run, start dose where you left off last time...there is no need to ramp up again, because at this time you should know what your body is comfortable with and what works. As for the potassium, just take what you always take and on the Taurin, I see no need in it so I have no recommendation.

I dont know about yall but im 165lbs and 200mgs of AGclen really doesnt do hell of a lot for me. I dont want to go over but I also use caffeine before my workout and other engery spiking supplements to get my heart racing.

Yes, studies have shown that aspirin does not enhance the effects of the ECA stack.
However, the ephedrin and caffiene make your blood pressure rise alot, which is where the aspirin comes in.
The aspirin makes it easier on your body to handle the added pressure.

3-5 grams of taurine and 200-400mg potassium is what I've seen as a guideline.

Im just playing. but as for the topic, I always use Aspirin, I"d rather have things easier on my heart than to just extremley slightly limit my muscle gains. safety first.;)

Hey guys, Im not trying to jack the thread but i didnt want to start another one about clen. I know that alcohol shouldn't be consumed while on a cycle and everything but I'm curious to what kind of affects it would have while on clen?

alcohol slows metabolism....why drink while trying to ramp it?
obviously it wont kill you....but its kinda like taping a cinder block to your ass while trying to win a foot race

well, its kinda like this bro.....if youre going out 3 nights a week and getting drunk...or at least having more than 4-5 drinks/ beers....it might not kill your liver, but maybe anabolics/ performing enhancing drugs are not the right thing at that time. im of the school of thought that diet, training and rest are paramount to achieving your fitness/ bodybuilding/ powerlifting goals.....drugs are merely enhancing what youre already working for.
dont get me wrong...i LOVE to get loose (still livin the dream in a beach/ college town), but if your training for serious goals?...leave the alcohol to a minimum if possible.

some people report great loses on clen...some people don't do well with ephedra...and then of course the opposite is true. I have a fridge full of clen that is just sitting there...didn't do much for me. ECA on the other hand...shredds the fat off me. Another one of the try it and see situations in this hobby...I just wish I didn't buy sooo much clen up front...and from two different manufacturers also...did not like either one. Oh well...the girlfriend likes it though...she can have it.

ECA never seems to fail for me. Just don't abuse it. Your body will adapt to it rather quickly. For me about 3 weeks. I recommend going on three weeks and off for two. Never increase the dosage, It will mess you up bad when you come off.

ECA with a good diet and some cardio melts fat off me...i like to take it with breakfast and about a hour before lifting. i only take it during the 5 week days...
