Hey guys,
looking for a change in my current supplement stack.
List your BEST Muscle Building Supplement Stacks - based on your experiences.
List the results you got, what you took (amount etc) and when you took it
Let's find out who's got the best stack?

I've done two that have worked really well for me personally.
First one I put on 10lbs with this one, and kept all of it. Zero body fat % gained.
Stack 2 by Universal Nutrition
M Stack By Universal Nutrition
Nitrix By BSN
NO-Explode by BSN
Cell-Mass by BSN
Second Stack I gained 20lbs, and kept 15 of it, body fat didn't even twitch.

Those sounds like some nice gains
How long were you on each of those stack to get those gains?
What kind of diet were you on - a general maintenance/cutting/bulking

he is using a sales account... all of those products are placebos

I did the first stack for 6 weeks. I was eating 3,500-4,000 calories a day (my usual), and taking in 225-250 grams of protein a day. The second one I ran for 8 weeks, and the diet was the same, i never really change my diet unless i'm trying to lose bodyfat. Also if this was a sales account why wouldn't i post up web links to stores, and other businesses? I'm a personal trainer, the primary reason I have tried a lot of the pimped up supplements is to see what works and what doesn't work. That way I can better inform my clients. Plain and simple. Plenty of the stuff I have tried hasn't worked for me as well. I personally haven't gotten anything from CellMass or any of the Xyience products save for the NOX-CG3 which was pretty good.....though it did make me fart a lot lol.

I like it simple. BCAA's, Isolate, creatine, glutamine and sesamin. I followed that along with the diet program from cutdiet.com. Lost 15%bf and stayed the same weight over 16 weeks.

Caloric/protein support: GNC 100% Whey Protein/ON 100% Whey Gold Standard (during the day); MET-Rx/EAS Myoplex/ABB Mass Recovery (bedtime).
Creatine Support: MuscleTech CELL-TECH
Fat-burning support: MuscleTech Hydroxycut Hardcore/Thermoshred
Testosterone support: Ultimate Nutrition Tribulus Terrestris, GNC brand Acetyl-L-Carnitine, N-Acetyl-Cestine, Vitamin World Avena Sativa, Vitamin C.
Misc.: MuscleTech LEUKIC, GAKIC (powdered).

K.I.S.S. Don't waste your money. Eat clean protein, L/G carbs, EFA's, lots of veggies and water. Then you can add the basics Protein powder, Weight gainer (Muscle juice), creatine, glutamine, and vitamins.

Eating like you did and some glutamine and creatine you would had the same results and more money.

I took Arimidex after my second stack to drop any water I gained. I lost 5lbs in water out of the 20lbs total i had gained. It had nothing to do with the gains I made on either stack.

fish oil
multi with extra c, e, and b's
glucosamine(witch is sad considering I am 23)
Storm
shock therapy(unless I am taking a break from stims then I take animal pump but take out the red pill.)
Other than that I will use the occasional natty test booster and I will do 1 cycle of current over the counter hormones every 4-6 months. This is mostly to test stuff out as I manage a supp store and like to be able to give my opinion.

On average, between $120-$150 pef month. Getting the discounts on the basic supplements (i.e. protein, MRPs, RTDs) frees up more money to try supplements like Leukic and Gakic.
