Everyones fav Liver Support.

Which liver supports you guys like best, haven't used any yet. But planning on pickign some up, thanks.

Seriously now! Even those who are not juicing should take legalon ou xantinon B12 and Vitamin C, because large amout of protein in your system can cause lots of ammonia and by increasing cell metabolism you are generating more free radicals that will, mostly, processed by the liver.

that's a myth spread by the supplement companies, if you're not using steroids or other drugs there's no need for a "liver support" pill.

milk thistle if you on the juice or taking large amounts of supplements in the pill form.

Im old and over the hill (40) and on Lipitor (family history of heart disease / high cholesterol) so I take Liv.52 and Milk Thistle. Many good studies on Liv.52, and Milk Thistle, so even if its doing a little, Im happy. Very cheap supplements.
