Let's get down to business. I have a few questions as far as building muscle in the fastest way possible through use of "legal steroids." Stuff like Creatine, HMB, etc.

1. What is the SINGLE BEST legal muscle building product out there in your opinion?

2. Does overdosing on the reccommended Creatine/HMB/Gakic/etc intake cause more gains or just bad side effects?

3. Halodrol-50 - legal or not? I read that it contains steroids.

4. Prohormones - legal or not?

Appreciate any help. I want to boost up gains by trying a supplement, but don't want to go on a stack.

Best legal muscle-building product is creatine without a doubt. Nothing else affects the body than the way it does.
If you're not talking legal, then obviously gear.

"Food" is not a supplement, people - it's a fundamental basic requirement of nutrition.

It's funny. I'm finding products sold on reputable BBing sites (one in particular) that contain banned substances. One could really be fooled by not knowing what's in each of these products.

BigJ, I have used Create before, but not for too long. I started having a few fits shortly after, so I stopped using it. Right now I'm looking for something different.

Ecdysterone is a JOKE!!  It's absolutely worthless.  Don't waste your money on that one.  Or Methoxyisoflavone...  Or Tribulus...  Or HMB...  The list goes on and on.

Creatine is probably the ONLY legal "supplement" that actually has any noticeable effect.  Glutamine is good too, but you're not going to "see the results".  Some of the reputable N.O. products seem to be favorites of a lot of people too.  I never really noticed much from them though.

Did you take creatine with dextrose in the proper ratios?  You should be taking 5 grams of creatine with 35 grams of dextrose.  Else you will just crap it out.  The most important supplement is food.  If you want to look bigger and feel a little stronger get on creatine.  By the way Sterioids are Legal, but you need a prescription, and only way you can get one is to be diagnosed with low Test.  I have a buddy of mine that gets his that way. ( he is 38 ).

Just used creatine by itself. I took the recommended dosages, so it might not have been the creatine that was the problem. What's dextrose?

I have a diet plan, but the hard part is sticking to it. I only use a protein powder for  now. Which out of multivitamin, Creatine and Glutamine would be best for building muscle size do you think? Also, have you ever upped the dose on Creatine/Glutamine/etc to get better results and been successful? Thanks for your help.

Taking more creatine than 2 doses of 5g per day is a waste... it will not help you gain mass.
Taking more then 30g-40g of glutamine is a waste, but either way glutamine will have no effect on size gains.
Taking more than the bottle's recommendation when it comes to multi vits can get very dangerous (especially if they are high in iron).
