Losing abs
« on: December 15, 2006, 07:20:14 AM »
What does it take for you to lose your abs?  I mean what is holding me back now is everytime I try to bulk, my abs fade and I get all wacked out....if I eat a on, 4000 cals at 6'2, would I lose them completely?  How do you guage the mirror, as long as there is an outline, do you keep going?

Why do you care? Do what you need to do to bulk up and worry about your abs when it's time to diet.

Everyone is different, some people can put on a ton of body weight and their abs still show, others no. No, no one wants to develop a huge flopping belly, if that starts happening, then it's time to cut back a little. Other wise enjoy bulking.

Yes. I can see the top four but not the bottom ones...the ones I can see look smooth.

lugar i saw your pics earlier and you have very defined abs.  i dont think you could lose them completely. you might not have a great 6 pack.. but u'll always have the top 4. then when you're done with your bulk you can just diet back down and have em again

i cant remember your diet exactly.. but whatever you're doin you're doin it right. its working for you. you have great abs.  you have the genetics for the abs.. so i mean even if you do bulk up, you have the work ethic/genetics to get those abs back.  so if i were you i would go on your bulk, dont worry if they go away, they WILL be back

aahaha yes!!   you should just set a target weight to hit. once you get to that point, then you can diet back down
