Chic, Kamali, Heath, Priest, Steere, Strydom, Cormier, Mentis, Duvall, Anthony, Haley, Willmore, Ray.....

Met all these guys above and were all cool as hell.

The most friendliest and most personable is Chic. I remember after the Colorado Pro, my friend and I went to ESPN zone to eat dinner and see who would be there. Chic came to our table and thanked us for coming to the Colorado Pro and supporting the show. Asked us if we enjoyed it.

It made me feel that I was appreciated as a fan of this sport...  

For me, it is very memorable because it was my first pro show I attended. To have representatives of this sport treat you like you matter is worthwhile and very memorable

I must have been the one who had a bad experience with Strydom--was a complete ass in person--maybe a bad day.

Dave Fisher--coolest pro ever--trained with me, introduced me to other pros and let me crash at his pad for a while.
Others who were very nice in person--Flex Wheeler, Lee Priest, Mike Matarrazo, Monica Brant, Titus was cool to me,and yes Lou Ferrigno was very cool to me, even posed for a free pic.  Not a pro but Andy Bryniarski was awesome in person.

When I was in high school, I used to read Dave Fisher's collumns in Musclemag...that was pretty much the main reason why I read MuscleMag...well that and the hot women.

It pretty much shaped the way I trained and taught me nutrition.

But I learned so much from his articles and had to tell him how he actually affected my life and how I wished that Musclemag didnt disontinue his training collumn.

Dave Fisher is without a doubt a very good man and Im glad I had the opportunity to thank him and talk with him

You know, now I know why I love getbig. I was on this other board, a female board, and the moderator said I was "creepy" for being there. (Mod was a guy). I was there to support this girl, anyway, he calls me creepy,(like I was there to pick up chicks) and well, I don't have to tell you what I said back.  It wasn't that bad. I was on mimimum security so I only had tobe in my cell from 10pm until 8am. One of the C.O's knew me and my work here...he hooked me up and made sure I got 6 squares instead of 3.

 The weight room was pretty good. There was cable in the wing I was in. Ron Himself was bogus...I saw him comming out of the warden den and I was like...'Hey Ron...come on, don't I get to make one phone call?' He looked at me and was all like...'I got your phone call right here BITCH!'.

 The cool C.O. letme use his cell and I was able to call my lawyer. Our very own, Special' Counsler' Ed. He flew in the next morning to Chicago and negotiated a plea bargain for my release. A few members of The Squad raised money for my bail. I am on parole right now and have court in a couple weeks...let's hope for the best!

 Well...I was put on Level-2 which is minimum security. I knew if I was going to survive I'd have to get affiliated real quick. Rumor was going around that the BGD's knew I was comming and were 'preparing' for my arrival.

 I wound up running into a couple Rolling 60's who united with a few 18th Street crew members so after I told them I was down with FOLK...I was all good. They had my back.

 In the weight room a couple Piru st SLOBS came in on the creep and tried shanking me but I was able to fight them off...

 Good thing. I might not have been here today to tell the tale.
