Ok, so quick run down, overweight most of my life, got manboobs and trying to get rid of them and I am making good progress but, when I suck my stomach in, there is this one what seems to be a muscle that runs across my chest just below my pec, and it almost looks like its attached. I don't know if its a muscle or fat that is moving around since its soft. Wondering if its something you guys have experienced and is just a normal phase, or something I have to do in order to get rid of it IE declined bench press. Right now my chest workout is mainly flat bench bar press, DB flat bench press, pushups, and some DB shoulder raises which I can feel my pecs pulling and that's pretty much it. I don't do incline or decline anything so I was wondering if I should start. I've been trying to find a pic that shows the muscle system so I can see just what it is but i'm having issues tracking one down. Thanks.
