kid  >:(   )  but his chest arms and back are still a sight to see...

seem him triple 405 on the incline....

dead 7 plates..i dont even know how much that is...for a double..

squat 7 plates for 4...for all his strength although he does have weakish legs.....

I believe he can, but I want to see a video so all of the form freaks on this site can say he is a pussy for using a touch of back and so on like they did with my video.  Now, before anyone says anything about this post a clip and let's see...

biceps exercise are the only one I do with super strict form or else I keep getting a pump in my shoulders and it pisses me off
hell even with strict form my shoulder are pumped, the only way I can really isolate the biceps are on incline bench dumbell curl

I prefer doing those
