I drink both water and Gatorade while working out, usually it's the Gatorade first followed by a combination of water and a CarboForce orange flavor. I work out for long periods of time so I need some calorie intake while lifting but I need water to feel truly hydrated.

I find gatorade works well for stomach ailments as well.
