Hey I just made a $1000 bet that i can go from 33% bodyfat to up on stage by DEC. What you think can it be done? I know it going to get done but tell what you think.

it can be done but it wont be easy. 33% is a lot. that means that you have to drop 1/3 or your weight. that is alot. cant be healthy either

the bet is too get on stage i  have seen guys on stge at 12%+ n local shows  so it wouldn't be undoable
