The fourth most important element is recovery time. Sleep is not always enough if there are too many unneeded training days in a week ( 5 to 6+) .Recovery and rest periods between workouts can go a long way to insure steady progress. The way it should be in any type of training. Recovery and proper rest can have a positive affect on the CNS. Or a negative one, if not of either is allowed. The Central Nervous System (CNS) is the main factor is gains in muscle size and strength. Balanced is required of training, eating, sleep and recovery to assure impressive advancement in BB'ing. Good Luck.
Thats a lightweights answer.
Balance is in deed needed but saying training 5 to 6 times a week is too much is too general etc.
I used to train 2-3 times a week now I have switched to max -ot and do 5 sessions and have had tremendous gains and I've been training for 12 years!!
Here is all you need to know
