He is awesome.. I thought at one time he was coming to the UFC.. I remember Big Tim saying he thought Aleksander was slow.. I wonder what videos he was watching?

He hasnt had the success his brother has had but he is still pretty bad a$$.

hes unfortunate to be the brother of the worlds best MMA fighter, so there will undoubtedly always be a comparison. He is an excellent fighter though, he can more than hold his own

possibly. If he had a different name he would be greatly talked about IMO, but for the rest of his career he will be known in reference as Fedors brother. Nothing he can ever do will eclipse what Fedor is doing

That last fight (at 3:51 mark) was his first fight that I saw.

That is picture perfect on how you deal with a big, slow, plodding fighter that just stands there flat footed like that. In and out..In and out..time em then just tee off their slow a$$e$ and bail out. That was awesome hand placement right there.

He has good foot movement, decent power, quick hands and a crazy tatoo (plus he is an ex convict). His ground game could definately use some work, and so could his cardio.

He should go to the UFC, would make the heavy weight division more interesting and there he would be able to make a career on his own and not have to stand in the shadow of Fedor.

He did five years for armed robbery.

Fedor sayd Aleks would be the #2 fighter in the world if he really trained and had his head in the game. But he says aleks pretty much only trains when preparing for a fight
