i dont know what kind of BCAA's you have but taking 6 at one time doesnt sound right to me.
Split them up throughout the day.
I take 3 at a time 3 times a day, morning, lunch, then after you train

My BCAA says 7 after training. Ever thought about different sizes?
Taking BCAA throughout the day is throwing away money if you have a good diet. Milk protein is rich in BCAA, so are a few others.
I'd suggest taking BCAA only after training, and lots of it.
It's true that the muscles contain 60% glutamine, but what most people don't know is that this glutamine is made of BCAA mostly.
If you supplement glutamine, your liver and intestines will take most of it, because it's needed and easily available. That's not a bad thing, because this way other amino acids and BCAA are free to be changed to glutamine.
