New, Improved and Beyond or the second half of One Step Closer, none of them are in his true offseason though.

yes. he needs to get down to shoot the off-season thats the problem with the battle for olympia videos, although some claim they dont train that differently or heavier in the off-season... and some did come on as pretty strong on BFTO 2005 for example

same with diets, nearly every magazine posts about pros diets they should post about what they eat the rest of the year

he's been saying for years that he's going to do a true offseason video but he hasn't done it yet.

New, Improved and beyond was made five weeks after the Arnold. Hes was just getting back into the gym. like he says he hasnt trained legs in five weeks..

One Step Closer is a  mix of pre olympia and after Olympia training.

but is not a true off season training. He does always say hes going to make a true  offseason video. but you gotta realize that they might be scared to make an off season video bc they dont look as good as a pre contest or a month after a contest

WHY AN OFFSEASON VIDEO IS NEVER A GOOD IDEA:

Offseason video:
"man, he was fat.  He doesn't look like he does precontest at all.  What's the point of making a video if you're just going to be huffing and puffing between sets, looking like the Michelin man?  He wasn't even using that heavy of weights.  If I weighed that much, I'd be using a hell of a lot more, for sure."

Precontest video: (exact same person)
"Man, that dude was shredded.  Must be cool to walk around like that.  He wasn't using very heavy weight, probably because it was precontest.  Some of the weights were okay, but you could tell he was tired.  I bet he uses some freaky weights in the offseason....he should make a video."
