I did a jits class at the Kearney Mesa Boxing club location, Lister was th scheduled instructor, but Brent Stulchik did the teaching.  I was SOOO wrecked after the class.  If Lister is like Brent, then you can expect very thorough drilling, and good technique.

that video had some fucking gold in it .... deans own angles on the triangle, ammo plato(sp), pulling kneebar from half guard to name a few .... for me it was extra cool cause ive been watching deans fights for the past few years and it explained some things that video alone couldnt. i really believe dean has the tightest ground game in mma
