Lagging body parts?

Ok so here is my question for you guys how do you bring up your lagging body parts?

For me it is my Bi's. To me there terrible and weak compared to my Tri's. So i work them on arm day and i began to throw in about 6 sets of curls at the end of my back workout.

Is this a good way to bring them up? Or should i work them twice a week with a high rep day and low rep day?

My arms to me have never been a strong point, either was my traps....so hit them twice...at the end of chest/back and on thier own seperate day.....
