Ok so here is my question for you guys how do you bring up your lagging body parts?
For me it is my Bi's. To me there terrible and weak compared to my Tri's. So i work them on arm day and i began to throw in about 6 sets of curls at the end of my back workout.
Is this a good way to bring them up? Or should i work them twice a week with a high rep day and low rep day?
