What is a Chav? Nobody seems to have anything good to say about these people.

Basicly the underclass of the inner cities, street rats in hoodies and burbery caps that run wild on council estates terrorising the old folk. Something like that anyway....

A member of society that inputs nothing, takes a whole lot, mugs, steals, drinks beer on street corners, procreates usually under the age of 14, likes tracksuite as casual wear, and for all over occasions (inc. meeting the queen) and lives in council flats.

It is said the first chavs evolved in the council flat slums of bradford, west yorkshire.

I'd say they're pretty wiggerish yes... for they tend not to listen to anything other than gangsta rap and they like to put fake plastic "alloys" on their vehicles (5 year old sheds).

There's a chav girl (she's fit as fuck) that works in my local shop. She wears the obligatory chav uniform of tracky bottoms, ysl polo shirt, adidas trainers, nike cap and those cheap gold hooped earrings from Argos. Topped off with a large shagbite.

I was looking down her top earlier admiring her quite ample breast and clevage.
