At the very basic level...
Progressive resistance both in training and nutrition. 
IE: train heavier, eat more.....get bigger.  
Dante catches a lot of flak for "DC" training, but it is a great method for quickly progressing in size and strength.  
A lot of it is misconstrued as the information gets passed around (remember the "telephone game" in school...), but it is a good program in my opinion. 
It is a high intensity, lower volume training protocol, where each bodypart gets hit more frequently than the typical 1x a week program, but is hit with high intensity training, utilizing rest pause training.  
I won't say too much more, as it isn't my program, and I don't want to further any misconceptions about the training by saying something wrong.
