Whether you endorse gear or not, is irrelevant.
I've seen a few people at my gym bloat up like the Marshmallow Man in a few weeks. We're not talking about a National Level physique, but poor physiques, that just become worse through drugs. You also have some guys who look pretty good, then go crazy on sauce and walk around with these balloon heads. I for one, looked like utter crap on a cycle, but didn't realize how bad until looking back in photos years later.
So please, if you're friends with someone who is looking like shit on the sauce, please tell them to stop. Invest that money in a mutual fund or something. Not only is it a waste to spend money to look like shit, but I have to actually look at these douchebags when I workout, brutal.

I'm Jacked!!! hahaha
When I saw the title of this thread I thought "Oh brother, another anti-gear thread from Croatch", but I've actually got to agree with you.
Speaking from personal experience, I stopped using the gear in November last year and I can't believe how much better I look. All the acne has gone, the bloated face has gone and I look more chiselled, and my foul mood and depression/paranoia has gone too.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not against the use of gear but I do look and feel better since coming off. I've got nothing against the guys who still continue on it because I've done it myself and know what goes through their minds why they use it. I used at for four years almost continuously - and for what? I didn't compete once in that time and I spent shitloads of my hard-earned cash on d-bol, test, tren, equipoise, deca, and nolvadex in an effort to "look better". I was a bit of a fool to be honest.
I'm taking a break from the gym at the moment, but I still look good. Women actually give me a second glance now, whereas they did before but for all the wrong reasons. People were scared to approach me in case I bit their heads off. Even though I was strong as fuck, I still hated myself and still thought I looked small when I looked in the mirror. I look so much better now for coming off. No-one gives a fuck outside the gym how much you bench, squat, or do anything else while you're in there so these guys who are doped up on the stuff year round need a reality check.
My two cents.
