WELL at least,about Silvio. I have seen him since.....5 or 6 years ago here in barcelona and his condition has been always like this.From Spain,another bber called Manuel Manchado is under milos about couple of years and there has not been big change in his body.
I am not saying that his principle dont work. But its too early to say that he is doing well.
