Seems everyone around here are trying to fill up now, in Campbell California gas is over $4
Here comes the advertising 
I was at the gas station yesterday putting nearly $50 in my tank, thinking of the line my buddy uses: "makes a brotha want to cuss . . . ." 
It doesn't have to be that way. Myself, ...I don't pay anything for gas
I haven't had to dip into my pocket to pay for gas for a long time.
That pleasure can be yours as well. You can start by saving yourself some money at the pump...
perhaps make a bit of money... or perhaps make ALOT of money... helping others to save...
and doing your part to help the pollution problem... but it's up to you...
There are 2 types of people. Those who
PAY to use products and services they love...
and those who are
PAID to use the products and services they love ...and would be using anyway.
Think about it... are you going to stop buying fuel anytime soon... realistically?! are you?! can you?!
You might as well benefit from the MPG caps, ...'cause you're already paying for them in the cost of your fuel
...you're just not yet getting the benefit of them
Save money at the gas pump - Travel further on the same tank of fuel - Reduce your emissions - Make
$$$
