Yall all know my training Log because its posted on the training log page..I just got a new partner who is bigger and stronger but i keep up with him step for step in the gym...(except for last night, i couldnt get 500 up on deads....i have only been doin deads for a month now. Anyway, when  worked out alone it was alright because i stoped when i got tired but that aint gettin me to the next level..Now i go hard and retarted heavy and the only problem is recovery...IM FUCKIN SORE AS HELL...my whole shit is just killin me. I need a Recovry thing pronto..Im just eatin and takin motrin but a post workout would be what the kid needs to keep goin back...Hook me up..

Looks like I might have a chance with this promo. I've been using a product called Myozene by Bioquest. Not a bad shake, it's got your hydrolyzed whey, carbs and aminos. The flavor isn't the greatest but the profile seems solid. This new Torrent sounds decent, if you have a open spot, I'd be willing to give it a shot.

Looking forward to it. I did a little research & it says there's fifteen servings so I'll use it for three weeks. So in about a month I'll write a fair & honest review of the project.
