He was just on steroids, maybe a little growth. Now he hit up a high dose GH + Insulin stack (and perhaps igf and some other peptides too) and this is what you have. Kinda like the "overnight" change Ronnie made when he won the Olympia.
The longer he stays on this stack the bigger the likelihood of getting the distention etc. Will certainly get distention if he tries to put on 15-20lbs in a hurry like everyone already hopes he will to get high Olympia placings.

theres no way this pornstar should've beat rockel or darrem...hes a disgrace to bodybuilding...and his posing routines are also a disgrace....he doesnt hold a pose or display any muscle groups while going through his routine....his routine is a joke, its a dance....he should take some notes from darrem and vince taylor if he wants to have a fancy posing routine.......

darrem's routine is full of poses that display all his muscle groups and is also very entertaining

when im watching a bodybuilding routine i want to see the competitor display his muscle groups and strong points as best he can.....and the longer he holds each pose the better

as i said before his routine is a disgrace to the bodybuilding stage....youngsters watching kai's routine will be thinkin this is what bodybuilding is all about....and having a porn website does'nt suggest to the public that he is a serious professional athlete...this is not conducting yourself in a professional manner

he should be marked down for his posing routine as he does not display his muscle groups properly to be judged

if a youngster was at the show with his dad for example.....and watches kai winning his 1st pro show and says to his dad...hes an awsome bodybuilder!.....then later searches for his contest history on the net only to find kai fucking a grapefruit...what message does this send.....
