Guy looks good.  I have a question why do guys take photos of other guys and then post them on the internet?  Not bashing at all, just asking, I have no desire to take pics of my buddies in their underwear and post them on the internet.  Seems so strange.

not bad look's good from side shot's,front bi shot arm's good,need's to fill out lats a bit,and loses lower chest their too,otherwise will do ok once totally prepped and colored.

Xfactor, just a fyi- hes not really into the forums, or the internet- I told him id put his pics up so he can get some feedback. I am not sure where you see this as strange? From that comment you made, you sound like you have no idea about bodybuilding and what its about...

Tell your friend to practice posing for at least 5-10 minutes, everyday into the competition. Right now, he poses like shit.

And tell him to pose both with a mirror, and without it, and in front of someone like yourself, correcting his poses, and telling him to hold them.

All that will pay off come competition.

If he gets his posing right, it will make a big difference IMO.
