Hi everyone. I have a vacation coming up in the middle of June, and I want to look my best for it. I know I need to eat clean and work hard, (and believe me I am ready to kick some ass in the gym)...but I just want to make sure I am working hard and doing the RIGHT things!!! OK... I am going to post my stats (this is NOT easy for me)!!! I am 5"2 and I weigh 130 lbs. Im not sure of my bf % but I dont think it is too high. My problem area is my legs. I will soon be forced to put on a swimsuit, and I realize I cannot look perfect in the amount of time I have but, I just need a bit of advice!! Please...what should I be doing in the gym...
