o yes....they have an obstacle course you have to pass its like 3 minutes long or somethin it simulates a suspect chase... I cant finish it fast enough weighin this much I have too much fat on me, im naturally a fast runner so at about 220 I should jet through that thing no problem

Weight has nothing to do with it if you're conditioned for it.
Their obstacle course is nothing the like the Obstacle course the Marines have to do & we're timed at a much faster time.
Sometimes we would "add" weight to our bodies to even make it harder.
I carried as much body weight as you & ran 3 mile runs @ 21:40
Get your cardio conditioning up...it's not a weight issue unless you make it a weight issue.
