I got a spare joint rolled with hydro for later. I'll probably make a water bong with ice to get the most of it.

It's good that Jay took the Olympia this last time, it was his turn, but it's time for Gunter to get his due as well. He has continued to improve his physique show after show, and blows away other competitors like Dexter Jackson (who is awesome too)...I'm voting for Gunter to take the Olympia next time... Ronnie you were great for all those years, but step down, a new sheriff is in town...Go Gunter!

hahahaha...great until you realise that it causes delusional grandeur, sever chronic depletion of endorphin sites, imbalance of serotonin and dopamine brain levels, contributes to gynocomastia, pneumonia and lung cancer and psychosis in heavy users....versus a buzz that isnt cheap financially, socially, domestically and intellectually.

yeah great stuff....doesnt need to be a gateway drug either...its got its fair share of victims- many of them in denial..

if you want good gains, dope has to be avoided...its ability to convince you that you are training intensely and focussed is a major problem
