Not the spotters fault, the guy was trying to bench a lot of weight with a tumbless grip.

Terrible spotter

American Psycho is an absolutely GREAT MOVIE ! Top notch ! Next to Hannibal Lector, Patrick Bateman is definitely one of my favorite Movie Villians. Favorite quote from the Movie ...

"  I need to engage in homicidal behaviour on a massive scale. It can not be corrected but I have no other way to fulfill my needs. "

Hmmm ... and I see Paul Allen is here, too.

Yea thumbless grip with weight is just asking for trouble. You may get away with it for awhile but one day.

Guy on the video is the kind of guy that would go and train legs after mowing his lawn in the morning.

NEVER use a thumbless grip especially on a heavy weight. Here a funny front squat one too.

That is called trying to bench WAY more than you can handle.

It's quite obvious the weight is too much for him the first time he unracks it he can't even hold it steady.

No spotter could have caught that bar.

My advice - never use a false grip unless you are very experienced with it and never try to press a weight you can't handle off the racks.

Terrible spotter

You think it's the spotters fault?

LMFAO!

As usual, no clue.

What a twitchy little bastard :( Anyone who jumps around on the bench, unracks, reracks, unracks, esp. with a thumbless grip, well, you get the idea ::)
