Central Florida Charity Figure and Fitness Seminar - Please spread the word!

Hey guys, if any of you in Florida could spread the word on this it would be greatly appreciated!!  We are trying to get some good info out to the girls and raise a little money for a great cause as well!

On Sunday, September 23rd in Lakeland, Florida we will be holding a charity figure and fitness seminar titled, "What the Judges Are Looking For in Figure and Fitness"!  This MUST ATTEND event will cover all aspects of our sport from training to tanning tricks to posing and presentation and everything in between!
 
PLUS, our special Guest Speaker is none other than the NPC Central Florida Chairperson and NATIONAL judge, Pete Fancher!!  This is YOUR chance to learn from a National Judge about what they are looking for in our sport!!  Pete has promised to be active throughout our seminar and will hold nothing back!!

When:  Sunday, September 23rd from Noon-3pm

What to Bring:  Something to take notes on, posing/presentation practice attire (competition suit, regular swimsuit, shorts and a top or whatever you are comfortable in - no one expects you to be in contest shape!, and a pair of heels)
 
Cost:  A $20 donation to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)
