How much on average do you spend on supplements a month, including protein

powder, aminos, glutamine, creatine, oils, fat burners, etc...???

I just spent the equivalent of 750 USD on supps today for between 3 and 4 months worth of rations...how much do you spend?

i spend about $300 every 3 months...  it's not too bad

I only take Fish Oil, Liver Tablets, MSM, & a Multi-vitamin daily. I also use a couple scoops of whey & dextrose during the week. Doesn't really add up to very much - maybe $400 a year tops (so maybe a little over $30 a month). In all honesty I don't spend that much on gear either. Now, my food bill on the other hand is pretty expensive.

I may start taking some more BCAA's & such when training so that'll bring the total up a little bit if I decide to do that, maybe an additional 10-15 bucks a month.

Orange Triad: $20 per month
GABA: $4.50 per month
Vitamin C: $2 per month
Ultra Peptide: $23 per month
Ipro: $10 per month (price JUST went up though)
Calcium citrate: $4 per month
Total supp bill: $63.50
Total grocery bill: $300-400 per month

Plus it helps being a rep as a lot of people want Furazadrol, so I trade it for a lot of "specialties" and I occasionally run sponsored logs  8)
