Low egg day barely made it through today. Rotating my grapefruits for the weekend, the bananas are doing the trick for energy though.

Yes I'm getting leaner by the day! Eggs Rule!! (and no I'm not pumped up!)







good build, but lats are lagging.  Could be that you need to work them more, or that you are just not engaging them properly when you pose.  Probably a little bit of both.

this is teh Master diet: 

1 protein shake, fruit

2 (lunch) - fast food

3, small bowl of fruit, protein shake or milk

4 raw veggies 2 whole eggs, 5 whites

weekends: steak, chicken, veggies, beer.


Your diet is too high in calories and hard to stick with.

This seems like a good diet but I'm guessing it takes a lot of veggies to get sufficient fiber, yes?
