this is teh Master diet: 1 protein shake, fruit2 (lunch) - fast food3, small bowl of fruit, protein shake or milk 4 raw veggies 2 whole eggs, 5 whites weekends: steak, chicken, veggies, beer.Your diet is too high in calories and hard to stick with.
good build, but lats are lagging. Could be that you need to work them more, or that you are just not engaging them properly when you pose. Probably a little bit of both.
