LOL when all you do is hate on supplement companies it makes you sound like a skinny no progress guy who is bitter at the supplement companies for not getting you progress...i used to work at a nutrition store and I never sold any of his products I dont think he advertised all that well either

I actually do well in the iron game.  I really wish poeple would open their eyes and see that they are just wasting their hard earned dollars. I dont care what your body type is, all you NEED is 6 meals a day at 50 grams protein each meal, creatine monohydrate and cycle on and off a PH/PS of your choice (Epistane, M-Drol- both top grade) and you will reach your goals. You think GAKIC, or FREAK FIX is going to get you results??? Time for a reality check if you do.

lol gakic is gotta to be one of the biggest gimicks out there but cell tech at least the older version with 10 grams of monohydrate works..Ill agree with that good nutrition through meals and creatine monohydrate with protein shakes in there...I dont know about the other stuff since ive never used but Ive done well without it so far

The trouble with your list is that EPISTANE (AKA HAVOK) is a bona fide steroid, synthesised from EPISTONAL a drug given to men with breast cancer because of its properties.
It is both an AAS and an anti Estrogen.
There are good sups out there that are for guys who don't want to go the chemical route but need an edge.
I do agree with the meals and creatine,but sups are leaps and bounds ahead of the crap being handed out a decade ago, you just got to learn to sort out the good from the bad.

They spent 500k a month in advertising.  Sly had very little into the deal money wise.  He thought he could just put his name on something and it'd sell like crazy.  It would have 10 years ago, but not now.  They had a massive payroll and tons of other expenses that kept their prices high.

10 years ago instone would of been Muscletech, but will sly and his GH charge and the prices its doomed

GH charge had nothing to do with it.  They were thinking it was going to EAS/Bill Phillips and just take off.  He also hated the fact arnold was so successful in this industry.  He wants to show he could be the same.

I feel the instone range was expensive and the shakes were way to thick and tasted awful.

I may be wrong here as it out of a gossip magazine at the time, but I also heard that every one from Arnie to Eddie Murphy screwed Sly`s second wife ..... while they where still married.
If that was true I am sure it could not have helped either.

Have you read "fantastic" the book bout arnold??  yeah Sly and arnie did hate eachother during there prime, though i was a bigger sly fan, it was arnold who is smarter, He surrounded himself with Great directors and sly's ego was to big he only dealt with newbies that he could standover or he directed himself.
