I will try the following 20mins before workout
4-5 l-arg caps
5g creatine mono
350ml grape/o juice
100mg caffiene
Will let you know if its beneficial in any way
Well I gave it a try 10 mins before back workout yesterday
I used 5g creatine mono, 30g dex (6 teaspoons) 3 caffiene tabs (150mg/same as lg can red bull) fruit juice and 4 50mg arginine caps (emptied powder)
stuff was great, and no bad taste. Gave me just as good a pump as No explode and NO shotgun and was a lot more vascular during workout.
Focus was great and all in all (had creatine anyway) only cost me $15 for the months ingredients.
Gonna try with 6 caps of arg next time (3g) and ill post if theres any difference.
