thanks for the positive feedback guys. im almost done leaning out..and then i am going to spend a few months trying to add some size before the summer. i am going to try to stay at or around 10% while i add some size..so im going to get down to 8 or 9 % before i make the transition from cutting to bulking..beause i know the first week or two my metabolism wont be used to the calorie increase and ill probably end up with a 1 or 2 % bf increase before it adjusts to a higher calorie level.
