flat stomach?

OK having a hard time gettin a flat stomach...so ya what are ppl doin to fix this problem whats he best workout for thinning out the mid section? what has worked the best for u?

Get your colon cleaned. Seriously, many people do this before a show to fatten the lower abs just alittle bit.

Clean diet
create a calorie deficit
hard heavy training
ab work
lots of water
cardio
small frquent meals
lower your starchy carb intake.

I have to agree that cleaning out you inner system does help  you abs size. I started to take fiber as a supplement. I've learned that we bbers, also think about things going in but not thing coming out. also, try some omage 3,6,9. the good fats will help you lose the bad fit and help fill you up for those extra calories your not taken in

having a flat stomach is hard work. you have to do cardio, eat right and work them 2-3 times a week.

if abs are what you want then train them first. most peple train them last.
