You're basically saying two years isn't enough time to become competent on the ground, anyone with a grain of sand for a brain, or anyone whose actually trained would know that is enough time. Add to that, the fact that he's spent that time ATT and Bas, plus he's going out to X-coutre to get some time in there. You said "All kimbo got is his stand up" well all cro-cop had was his stand up. I'm not sayin Kimbo is a K-1 level striker either, but Cro-cop became competent on the ground in under 2 years, I don't see why Kimbo would have that hard of a time doing the same. He said in an interview he started MMA pretty late in life so he wants to make up for it by going around training with the best, he started with ATT, moved to Bas, and is going to X-couture as well (while still with Bas). You know nothing about grappling if you think you can train for 2 years in grappling and still be a "fish out of water", espicially while those years are spent with big name fighters and actual fight teams.
Haha you're nuts... you bring in Crocop and yourself (!) to support the argument that Kimbo would be competent on the ground... jesus. You also bring up the fact that Crocop only been submitted once, so with your reasoning, Kimbo too can be on that level with just that limited training... (well you dont call it limited training, according to you a year is enough for anyone to be competent) after all, it worked for Crocop right? In other words, Kimbo is ready to take on Fedor! if Fedor couldn't submit Crocop, how could he submit Kimbo?
"I don't see why Kimbo would have that hard of a time doing the same" you said.
As for you're endless namedropping and nuthugging for camps... everybody is with a good camp these days, so fucking what! You thought James Thompson would win over Brett Rogers because "James is with X Couture now" well guess what - he got knocked the fuck out in the first round! haha.
