But, if he could prove that the bullshit rumor was intentional and the person acted with malice, then Lee woudl NOT have to prove any damages, because damages are presumed, because the rumor affected his public image which in turn affects his ability to earn a living, and that is Defamation Per Se.

I don't know...  if you're a washed-up has-been that gets no press and no one is talking about you, and all of a sudden a rumor about you being dead gets your name out there and everyone's talking about you again, it might be tough to argue that the rumor "hurt" your career.  When you're on the brink of fading into obscurity, there's no such thing as "bad" publicity!

 Lee has the utmost RESPECT for women and drops nothing but ROSE PETALS on them when he makes passionate love to them. Lee treates his women like equals and would die before he ever disrespected any one of them. He is a true gentleman in every sense of the word.
