The guy with semen on his chest is "Cushing RW" who posted the picture in an attempt to show everyone how good looking he is. In his haste he forgot to wipe off the load that his life partner blew and claimed that when the picture was taken he was in a "sauna" and someone photoshopped said semen pile.
