so where are you getting your energy? your corcing your body to break down protien for energy? thats not a smart move.
i wont flame you...
heres something that might thelp you... the goal of a diet is to direct your body into stored body fat, and let it run on body fat for as long as it can without also turning to proteins. then you want to give it some more energy so it has some real food to work with...then once that runs out let your body run into body fat once more for energy... all the while while you go through these cycles of running on food, running on fat, running on food, running on fat, you want you body to be in the background building up muscle tissue ...because the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns. also, you will lok better with more muscle.
so how do you do this?
well thats the hard part
..
every bodys metabolism is different
but
a good starting point would be 5 meals a day
each meal consists of protein, healthy fats, and a moderate amount of very complex fibrous carbohydrates. the carbs will be your energy. the fats will be back up energy and muscle builders. the protien will be whats used to build muscle.
while your body runs on the carbs, it will be very eficient at building muscle with the protien and fats...then when the carbs run out, it wont be as efficient at building the muslce, because it will be using those fats for energy now. once those fats run out, your body will delve into stored body fat for energy. at this point all you can do is hope that you have enough protien left over to spare muscle tissue from being catabolised. but hopefully, youll get a meal in before it comes to that.
so there you go....i simplified it as best as i could and theres more than one way to go about this as well....for example, keto diets, carb cycling, or no diet at all, just cardio twice a day along with heavy lifting 5 times per week and sticking to low glycemic foods and limitin sat fat intake..
