Juicing is soooo healthy for you. you need living juices, ...not that crap coloured flavoured water in the stores
Here's a tip, put the heavier fruits and veggies through last (like carrots) they will push through any remains from the smaller fruits.
Carrot juice with a bit of ginger is simply amazing!
...and if you drink enough of it, ...you won't have to worry about using that fake tanner when you compete
