I'am craving some Fried Chicken.

I need a good recipe from a southern brotha or sista.
There is nothing like breaded fried chicken legs.

I like them breaded, and deep fried. 
I had these 2 black women cook me some up.
I lost touch with them, and they made some mean
fried chicken.

Use Japanese Panko flakes.  So much better tasting than flour or bread crumbs

first..

"season your oil" with a few fresh garlic cloves and a whole onion and let it float around and cook in there while it's heating up.

soak your chicken in salt water for a few hours.. mix your season all, flour, and tony's if you want it and toss yoru chicken in a big ass paper bag and shake it up! no need to have a milk or egg wash. Just bread the chicken and fry it!

old black woman down the street from my grand parents serves chicken in your house every sunday evening and makes a fortune! 10 bucks all you can eat and the street is lined with cars all day! Hey she found a way to pay the bills for sure..that shit is TASTY!

hit up KFC....  go with the breasts but take the skin off...  two of these pack some protein w some fat (if you just NEED fried chicken)
